Data you provide

• Birth date, time and location used to calculate your map. A name is optional.
• Email address and basic account details when you sign in.
• Cities, reports or questions you choose to save or submit.

How the product handles birth data

Guest birth details are sent to DeepAstro when you request a calculation and may also be stored in your browser so you can return to the map. If you create an account, the birth profile may be saved to that account.

Map and scoring services receive the date, time, timezone and coordinates needed for the requested calculation. AI receives relevant chart, city or question context only when you invoke an AI feature.

Analytics, devices and payments

• We record product events, approximate device/browser information, locale and referral data to understand reliability and conversion.
• Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. DeepAstro receives payment status and transaction references, not your full card number.
• Essential cookies and local storage keep sessions, preferences, pending saves and measurement identifiers working.

Use, sharing and retention

We use data to deliver calculations, maintain accounts, prevent abuse, provide support and improve the service. We do not sell birth data.

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the product, or when legally required. Data may be processed in countries where those providers operate.

We keep data only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, accounting and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

You can use the standard map without an account, clear browser storage, and choose whether to invoke AI or save a profile.

To request access, correction, export or deletion, email hello@deepastro.app. We may need to verify your identity before acting on an account request.

Security and changes

We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new update date.
