How to Submit a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on DeepAstro infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@deepastro.app with the subject line DMCA Notice.

Your notice should include enough detail for us to identify the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material.

• Your full legal name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The exact URL or location of the material in question.
• A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

Counter Notice

If your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter notice to hello@deepastro.app.

Counter notices should include your contact information, identification of removed content, and a statement consenting to applicable jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringement

Accounts repeatedly associated with infringement may be suspended or terminated in accordance with applicable law and platform policy.
